I rode today and did some of the stretches you showed us Friday and I swear I was so much more relaxed and supple. Just by changing my mindset and way I carry myself in the saddle! It made such a difference.
The way that Gabby explains the correlation of the positions has helped my riding so much. I am calmer and can focus more on what I am doing while riding. I love going to class!
Yoga has been so much fun and really helps me stay in riding shape even on days when I have class. It has been super crucial in keeping me calm during competition! So glad I found Gabby.
