What to Bring: 
Wear something comfortable and be prepared to get guided through Yoga Nidra and Breath Work. All levels welcome even if you have never tried meditation before. Guiding you through breathing and visualization exercises to help reach that place of healing.



All levels- 30 minutes

Relax and unwind with a 30 minute stretch to calm the mind before bed. The body communicates with the mind and by holding poses for a longer duration of time the mind starts to slow and prepare for bed or meditation.


30 minutes- all levels

In this guided meditation we walk through breathing exercises and visualization to help still the mind. This class is welcome to all levels.
